BEST, the Blue Entertainment Sports Television division, said yesterday that it is acquiring the NBA player-representation practice of Dynasty Sports Group's Dan Fegan.

According to a statement, Fegan represents such elite players as four-time National Basketball Association All-Star Shawn Marion of the Miami Heat, Jason Richardson of the Charlotte Bobcats and Troy Murphy of the Indiana Pacers.

Fegan, who has negotiated more than $1 billion in player contracts, will continue to manage his practice. BEST is part of Blue Equity LLC, a Louisville-based private equity firm.
