Gilford●Johnson Flooring is one of the industry’s largest business-to-business residential, commercial, and architectural flooring wholesale distributors.
Blue Equity, LLC, the majority shareholder of Gilford●Johnson Flooring, identified the potential synergies between the businesses and led the transaction.
